How It Works: The Intake Process

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. The process is simple and straightforward. Here's how you can get started:

Step 1: Fill Out the Intake Form

Below, you’ll find the intake form, where I ask a few basic questions about your background, your goals for therapy, and your mental health history. This helps me get a better understanding of your needs and create a tailored plan for our sessions.Click here to fill the Intake Form

Step 2: Schedule Your First Session

Once I’ve received your completed intake form. Send me the screenshot of the submission on my WhatsApp number +91-8860857635 or Facebook Messenger  and then we’ll schedule your first session. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy, explore your current challenges, and begin developing a plan for your journey.

Step 3: Begin Your Healing Journey

After your first session, we’ll work together to make progress toward your goals. I am committed to providing you with the tools and strategies necessary for lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Here's my policy:

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment may incur a fee.
  • Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen, and I am flexible in these cases. Please reach out as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your session due to unforeseen circumstances.

A: Sessions typically last 45 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged upon request.

Q: How often should I come for therapy?
A: The frequency of sessions varies depending on your needs. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but this can be adjusted as we work together.

Q: What will be the mode of therapy?                                                                                                   A: Therapy can be online via zoom, google meet, WhatsApp video call, WhatsApp audio call or normal call. If you are a resident of Greater Noida, session can be taken in person also.
