 Counseling Session Terms & Conditions

Dear Clients,

I truly appreciate your trust in me and value the time we spend working toward your well-being. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before booking your session.

1. Session Timings & Adherence

To respect everyoneā€™s time, all sessions must start and end on time. Sessions are 45 minutes long, with a maximum extension of 1 hour if needed. Extensions beyond this are not possible, as other clients are scheduled afterward.

Weekday Sessions (Monday to Saturday)

  • 9:00 AM ā€“ 9:45 AM

  • 10:00 AM ā€“ 10:45 AM

  • 11:00 AM ā€“ 11:45 AM

  • 12:00 PM ā€“ 12:45 PM

  • 1:00 PM ā€“ 1:45 PM

Sunday Sessions

  • 6:00 PM ā€“ 6:45 PM

  • 7:00 PM ā€“ 7:45 PM

  • 8:00 PM ā€“ 8:45 PM

šŸ”¹ Please adhere strictly to these timings. Exceeding the session time is not allowed. If a session starts late due to a delay on your part, it will still end at the scheduled time.

2. Session Fee & Payment Policy

  • Standard Session Fee: ā‚¹1000 per session.

  • Advance Payment Required: Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session. Unpaid sessions will not be scheduled.

  • Discount Policy: If I am offering a discount in the month of booking, the discounted rate will apply. If no discount is available, the standard fee of ā‚¹1000 will be charged.

  • No Last-Minute Payment Excuses: If you have not made the payment and I call you at the scheduled time, you cannot request a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling to avoid the charge. The session fee will still be applicable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client-Initiated Changes:

  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, the session will be charged.

  • Cancellations:

    • If canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be given.

    • If canceled at the last moment (when I call at the scheduled time), the amount will NOT be refunded.

šŸ”¹ No-shows without prior notice will be fully charged.

Therapist-Initiated Changes:

  • If I ever need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a 10% discount on the rescheduled session as a goodwill gesture.

4. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are strictly confidential and information will not be shared without your written consent, except where required by law.

5. Emergencies

  • I am not available for crisis interventions. If you need immediate help, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area.

6. Agreement & Compliance

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These policies help ensure that I can provide the best service to all clients while respecting my time and yours.
