Getting Started
Step 1 — Book Your Slot

- When the calendar opens:
- Tap on any available date (the blue-highlighted ones).
- Choose a time that suits you.
- Click Next or Confirm to finish booking.
Step 2 — Confirm Your Booking
After choosing your time slot, please complete the payment using the secure payment link or by scanning the QR code on the Payment Page.
Step 3 — Complete the Forms
After payment, please read the Consent Form carefully to understand the therapy process and boundaries. Then, fill out the Client Intake Form to share your background, goals, and specific therapy needs.

Step 4 — Send Confirmation
After all steps are done, send a short WhatsApp message at

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Less than 24-hour notice or missed appointments may incur a full session fee.
Emergencies: If something urgent comes up, just reach out — we’ll adjust as needed.
